After acquiring the Tributary property, formerly known as Huntsman Springs, BDT Capital tasked Wicked+ with renaming and repositioning the development as well as creating a new visual identity. Along with a host of new amenities, resident services, architectural plans and zoning, Tributary needed a new name and look. In order to capture an authentic Mountain West atmosphere, effortless lifestyle and epic location overlooking the Grand Tetons, Wicked+ created a new identity, full business suite and design guidelines for signage and merchandise — a foundation for physical, print and digital representations of the new brand.
Wicked+ creates all resident- and public-facing print collateral for the Tributary brand, from the seasonal resident guides — complete with information on events, live music, spa services and golf operations — to sales and marketing collateral.
Wicked+ directs digital strategy and content creation for Tributary and was tasked with integrating the new visual positioning into the community’s online brand, including a new website, weekly and monthly email campaigns and social media.
Wicked+ produces photo and video shoots for the Tributary brand. Keeping the holistic marketing landscape in mind — from digital ads to collateral to website and on-premise marketing — creative direction plays an important role in appealing to the emotional wants and needs of our target audience.
